Create focused alignment on the teaching/learning cycle of standards-based instruction

Facilitate systemic improvement of instructional best practices

Ability to facilitate leadership teams in creating solutions yielding improved learning results

Ability to facilitate collaboration to design district/school unified improvement plans

Cost:

Cost as an individual team member for CADI or SST process = $800-$1000/day based upon size of district

Workshop design and facilitation = $1000-$1400/day based upon number of participants

Explanation of how we are able to provide differentiated services to meet the individual needs of schools and districts.

Extensive training and experience as an administrator and a facilitator/participant in school/district improvement process

Ability to analyze current reality of school/district functioning and facilitate design of appropriate action to address needs

How will we evaluate our services and support to schools and districts and its effectiveness in school/ district/ student achievement?

Pre/post survey, exit interviews, data results developed in UIPs
