Qualifications of this Organization (licensure, trademark, etc.):

JA is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.

Qualifications of Instructors/ Staff that Provide Services:

JA programs are delivered by business and community volunteers. They go through a one-hour training, are provided JA curriculum which aligns to Colorado state standards, and undergo background checks when required by the district.

There is no cost to schools or like organizations that wish to use our programs, but some areas of Colorado are limited in availability. Our cost of implementation is approximately $500 per class, but this cost is covered by grants, sponsorships, special events and individual donations.

Explanation of how we are able to provide differentiated services to meet the individual needs of schools and districts.

We have a menu of program offerings which schools and districts may choose from, with programming for K through 12th grade. We offer two formats: our traditional, weekly program or JA in a Day event at the school. We also have JA Finance Park for middle and high school, both as a live field trip or available in virtual form online, in addition to several special high school programs.

How will we evaluate our services and support to schools and districts and its effectiveness in school/ district/ student achievement?

We conduct pre- and post-tests and evaluate the data based on knowledge and attitudinal gain.

Sample of services offered for a school or district:

Under 500 Students:

500-1000 Students:
