Explanation of how we are able to provide differentiated services to meet the individual needs of schools and districts.

I have extensive experience working with districts ranging in size from 130 to 85,000.

I have worked with schools as small as 130 (k-12) to 3,500 (large HS). Each school/district is unique as it represents the community it serves and is a reflection of the staff and values that it has.

The services that are provided by ImprovingOutcomes4All.com are delivered to meet the unique needs of the students and staff within each school or district that is served.

How will we evaluate our services and support to schools and districts and its effectiveness in school/ district/ student achievement?

I will work with the organization to determine pre-implementation metrics: Least Restrictive Environment, Number of Referrals (Discipline/Special Education), Percent of students proficient or higher in Reading and Math, as well as any other outcomes that are important to the client.

I will also encourage clients to evaluate the engagement and impact of the services provided.

Sample of services offered for a school or district:

Under 500 Students:

District-wide/BOCES training for School Leaders (Establish a baseline)
District-wide training on mindset/culture/expectations (Universal)
District-wide training on matching resources with need efficiently and effectively (Special Education staff and School/District leadership.)

500-1000 Students:

District-wide/BOCES training for School Leaders (Establish a baseline)
District-wide training on mindset/culture/expectations (Universal)
District-wide training on matching resources with need efficiently and effectively (Special Education staff and School/District leadership.)

1000+ Students:

In districts larger than 1000 students I prefer to work at the system level with the Director of Special Education/District Leadership to identify a cohort of schools that will begin the work. Depending on the size of the district the initial engagement is typically up to 10 schools per year (may be more depending on the strategic plan and urgency in the district.).

District-wide/BOCES training for School Leaders (Establish a baseline)
District-wide training on mindset/culture/expectations (Universal)
District-wide training on matching resources with need efficiently and effectively (Special Education staff and School/District leadership.)

School-wide training on mindset/culture/expectations (Universal)
