Qualifications of Instructors/ Staff that Provide Services:

Jeanette Cornier, Learning System Solutions president and founder, has a Ph.D. in educational leadership and systems change. She is a certified professional leadership coach, a successful innovation schools application and grant writer, and national presenter. Jeanette has experience with leadership development, school improvement and turnaround planning, and organizational systems change. Prior to founding Learning Systems Solutions, Jeanette held the following positions: assistant commissioner of education for teaching and learning, state principal consultant for learning and results, state learning disabilities specialist, district administrator, middle school assistant principal, teacher, and instructional coach.

Each Learning System Solutions service agreement is customized to meet the individual needs of the school or district to be served.

Services are evaluated based on outcomes and deliverables specified in the service agreement. Learning System Solutions tracks student achievement in schools and districts where service is provided and uses data as an indicator of the impact of consultation and coaching.

Under 500 Students:

Leadership Coaching - Weekly phone coaching sessions with the school principal or district leader focused on taking action and achieving results.

School Improvement and Turnaround Planning - Facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school improvement or turnaround plan.

Facilitation - Facilitation of leadership team development, monitoring of teacher effectiveness, professional learning communities, data-driven decision making, and community development.

500-1000 Students:

Innovation School Development Services - Leadership coaching, facilitation, program review and research, and application writing.

Leadership Development and Coaching - Training for principals and coaches in research based strategies for implementing instructional leadership that results in increased student achievement.

1000+ Students:

Systems Design, Improvement, and Evaluation - Facilitation of systems design and improvement, implementation coaching and support, quality review and data collection, evaluation of impact and recommendations.

Application Review Team - Participate in the review and evaluation of charter, performance, innovation, and new school applications.
