Explanation of how we are able to provide differentiated services to meet the individual needs of schools and districts.

Having worked at the state level for most of her career, Amy is quite familiar with the different strengths, opportunities, and barriers and has effectively supported the diversity of school and district needs through her participatory approach. Amy is trained in facilitating participatory and empowerment approaches to collectively and inclusively engage clients and stakeholders in defining goals, identifying solutions, and evaluating success. This approach allows Amy to work with people and communities across the state with great success.

How will we evaluate our services and support to schools and districts and its effectiveness in school/ district/ student achievement?

As an evaluator, I build progress monitoring into my processes along with regular communication and reflection with clients. As appropriate, I utilize surveys for feedback from participants and partners. Often a formal evaluation report is part of the project design. Intentional Impact knows that good program development encompasses solid evaluation that is tailored to the needs and utility of the project itself.
