Explanation of how we are able to provide differentiated services to meet the individual needs of schools and districts.

We'll meet with each partner to understand what health and wellness initiatives are at the forefront and how we can best serve that community.

How will we evaluate our services and support to schools and districts and its effectiveness in school/ district/ student achievement?

We'll work with each partner to develop a plan on how we can support each other to increase whole child wellness. We'll provide implementation support and ask that each school helps us as a partner in executing our goals. We want to create habit changes and develop life skills that are sustainable. We will stay connected throughout the school year with students, families, schools, and districts. We will be able to evaluate our progress through surveys and staff/parent obersavations.

Sample of services offered for a school or district:

Under 500 Students:

Our partnership with each school and district will be unique and based on the healthy and wellness needs and initiatives for each community.
The services we offer include:
Work with counselors to support health and wellness for students that show signs of distress. Currently, we offer a scholarship program but it's only 1 student per ten registrations. If we are able to work with a larger group of kids that didn't have access to our activities we could make a larger impact.
Collaborate and train teachers on how to bring mindfulness into the classroom to improve performance and keep energy directed in a positive way.
Staff/teacher yoga, mindfulness, and fitness classes before/after school. These classes improve energy and reduce burnout, increase strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as boost morale, confidence and overall well-being.
Student/family yoga, mindfulness, and fitness classes before/after school. These classes incorporate crossing the midline, teach skills on self soothing/regulating emotions, increase fine/large motor skills, and reduce stress/anxiety.
