Good Instruction is Good instruction. It overlaps subject areas and school or district sizes. I have successfully provided training and peer coaching at the building level and District level. I have also trained individual teachers.

Another emphasis is on building a culture around good instruction at the building level or the district level. Developing a common definition about what good instruction is.
