Explanation of how we are able to provide differentiated services to meet the individual needs of schools and districts.

Crispe Collaborations understands that context matters, so we construct customized plans that account for the individual challenges of schools and districts. Each of our collaborations with districts begins with a comprehensive capture of qualitative and quantitative data. We conduct interviews, review documents and visit onsite. We work as a partner with the administrators, teachers and district personnel to build out the scope of work and vision through strategic planning accompanied by timelines, feedback loops, and professional learning.

We care about results and positive student outcomes. It is one of our core values to give our educational clients the best tools and experiences possible to yield improved student achievement.

It is imperative that trusting relationships be developed among all stakeholders as collaborative and cooperative environments are fundamental elements for success.
