After evaluating the collection of relevant data for the school or district we recommend action steps that are tailored for their specific needs, guide staff in determining implementation benchmarks, provide specific professional development as needed, coach, and monitor results until goals are met.

Within individual schools the focus is primarily classroom level instruction, teacher support, and use of data. Within districts the primary focus typically includes systems issues, support systems, communication, and data use.

How will we evaluate our services and support to schools and districts and its effectiveness in school/ district/ student achievement?

Attainment of interim benchmarks and completion of outcomes stated in the contract. Examples of evidence may include: walk-through data, document(s) produced, agendas, minutes, attendance rosters, surveys, etc.
