These educational products and services have been proven successful in fostering academic achievement throughout the K-12, higher education, and adult education markets.

PLATO owns or has appropriated rights to license the products marketed by PLATO (“PLATO Products”).

PLATO Products are generally protected by intellectual property rights which are either owned by PLATO and/or licensed to PLATO by third parties (the “IP Rights”). The PLATO Products and the IP Rights shall at all times remain the property of PLATO and/or it licensors. The PLATO Products are licensed, not sold, and the Licensee’s rights of access to and use of these products shall be as defined in the applicable PLATO license agreement. Trade secrets of PLATO and its licensors are trade secrets for all purposes, include the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.

PLATO has the right to sell, distribute, and market the PLATO Products and with limited exceptions is the sole source and sole provider of the PLATO Products.
